1. How do I place an order?
You have 3 options: Over the phone at (312)733-5019, online at www.ceodeliveries.com or via fax at (312)733-5029.
2. What fees do you charge?
There is a $6.95 delivery charge per restaurant ($5.95 when ordered on-line) with a minimum food total of $15.00. All orders are subject to downtown Chicago restaurant sales tax. Deliveries outside of our delivery area will reflect additional delivery fees and/or gratuities. Please call for details.
3. How long will it take?
Average delivery time is 60 minutes. However, inclimate weather, long food preparation time and peak hours all influence delivery times. When placing your order, you will be quoted an estimated delivery time. We strive to keep you informed of the progress in your delivery.
4. How will my food be transported?
Your food is transported in insulated bags to keep them at the required temperature.
5. What if I want to add to my order?
Adding to an order may delay your delivery time and can be done only if the driver has not left the restaurant yet.
6. What if I want to remove an item or cancel my order?
Changing or canceling an order must be within 5 minutes of placing the order. After that, we have to call the restaurant to see if any of the food has been started.
7. How does the Delivery Driver get paid?
CEO Deliveries' delivery drivers are tipped employees, not independent contractors. Drivers receive a small hourly wage, a gas reimbursement, and 100% of all gratuities. They make every effort to earn your consideration through professionalism in appearance and demeanor, attention to detail while facilitating your delivery and transporting your food with care. For your convenience, Corporate orders automatically reflect a suggested gratuity of 15% and Residential/Hotel orders over $50 reflect a suggested gratuity of 10%. We will, of course, adjust your gratuity to your specifications. Please speak with a Customer Service Rep when placing your order or when we confirm your Internet order. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
8. What if I do not have a menu book?
You can view or download the menus off our website. Or one of our capable Customer Service Representatives would be more than happy to help you with your order when you call. Our menu books are updated twice a year while our online menus are updated bi-weekly.
9. Do you sell gift certificates?
We offer gift certificates for delivery in any denomination. We can mail or hand deliver it anywhere within our delivery area.
10. What about using restaurant gift certificates or coupons?
Restaurant gift certificate or coupons are not valid for delivery.
11. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, confirmed company checks and cash. Please present your credit card at delivery.
12. Where do you deliver?
Our normal delivery area is from Montrose Ave (440N) to the north, Western Ave. (2400W) to the west, 18th St. (1800S) to the south, and east to Lake Michigan. Delivery outside this area requires advance notice and additional fees will apply. Quaility and temperature of your food while being transported is of utmost importance to us and certain items travel better than others. we may suggest some cuisine over others. Please call for details.
